Woohoo! It’s that time of year again. Time for #Squatober and glorious gains.
Nobody skips leg day in October. We want to see our members performing squats this month. We want to see them build muscle and become stronger, get toned, and become healthier & happier.
We’re looking forward to seeing many CAA members improve significantly in this lift in the month of October, as well as seeing many PRs on the whiteboard as our members progress in strength and power. There are a number of different variations of squats and, if Rachel doesn’t have them programmed in the WOD, come in early or stay after your workout and add a few rounds of squats. Just make sure to practice good form!
