We are not only a Crossfit gym, we are a unique sports performance and personal training gym with two locations: one in Irmo, and the other just outside downtown Columbia. We train elite, professional athletes, young athletes looking to take their game to the next level, the average person wanting to get fit, and the die hard CrossFitter. Athlete's Arena has been around since 2005, helping our clients meet their health, fitness and sports performance goals.
We've worked hard to build Athlete's Arena and CrossFit Athlete's Arena's presence in Irmo and Columbia. We are growing, expanding our services and programs and sharing our knowledge and passion with more and more clients each year. All the while staying true to our commitment to provide excellent fitness and training services and motivation for our clients to reach their goals.
One of the special features of our CrossFit program is our strong sense of community; all new members are welcomed and accepted as part of our fitness family.
Our Irmo Crossfit location is located inside Plex HiWire & Ice. This location has a 5,000 square foot weight room fully loaded with top notch Sorinex equipment. In addition to our official CrossFit program, we offer personal training, group training and circuit training classes. We also provide sports performance training for children as young as 8 to professional athletes, and a return-to-play program for athletes recovering from injury.
