Are you ready for the “Battle of the Arena” at CrossFit Athlete’s Arena? This is how the pros do it!
From thrusters to complexes, from power cleans to pull-up, and let’s not forget the elusive double unders which many of our members have mastered (Carlos is just one of our members who is a beast at double unders), the CrossFit pros train to get ready for the competition and so do our members.
Our members are getting stronger each week and they are maximizing their conditioning and overall stamina. We have dedicated members and we love that they motivate and push each to exceed limits not thought possible. Athlete’s Arena’s CrossFit members have shown drive and dedication which amount to some great gains over the last month, all in anticipation of the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games and CAA’s Battle of the Arena. Yes, the Open and the Battle of the Arena begin on February 25 and our members are pumped up!
Remember, it’s not all about being in the best physical shape to achieve the best possible result. It’s also about being in the best mental shape too. Make sure and take time for active recovery and rest days. Make sure your nutrition is in check and that you hydrate. These are just a few tips to prepare you for the Open workouts and for the Battle of the Arena.
