Athlete's Arena is hosting the Arena Assault, local Crossfit competition on October 21st 2023. Below are the division expectations for the competition. This competition is going to have some unique twists and som epic prizes as well! Each individual who wins the RX division will receive a brand new barbell!

Scaled Division
Must be able to perform the following:
Deadlift 225/135+
Pull-up
Row 12/10+ calories a minute
Bike 10/8+ calories a minute
Cycle a hang clean at 95/65+
Cycle a hang snatch at 75/45+
Jerk 115/75+
5+ reps of ring rows
Intermediate Division
Must be able to perform the following:
Deadlift 275/195+
Chest to bar pull-up
Row 15/12+ calories a minute
Bike 12/10+ calories a minute
Cycle a hang clean at 115/75+
Cycle a hang snatch at 85/55+
Jerk 155/95+
6+ reps of pull ups
RX Division
Must be able to perform the following:
Deadlift 315/225+
Bar muscle-up
Row 15/12+ calories a minute
Bike 12/10+ calories a minute
Cycle a hang clean at 135/95+
Cycle a hang snatch at 95/65+
Jerk 185/125+
8+ reps of chest to bar pull ups
