Athlete’s Arena is extremely excited and proud to be the Official CrossFit Gym of the 2014 SC Spartan Race. We will be implementing a training regiment specific to Spartan Race performance. Special rates are under way for new clients wanting to get ready for the race and members will receive a discount code for the Spartan Race registration. Weekend runs at Harbison Forest have already begun. Yes, even I will be out there to run and get ready for the longest run of my entire life.
