Partner A – 400 m Run
Partner B – AMRAP of 8 Overhead Squats (95/65), 8 Pull-ups, 8 HRPU
*Partner B works for as long as it take partner A to complete the 400 m run. Switch when complete.
*Workout is complete when both athletes have completed the 400 m run for 5 total rounds.
