Losing weight is hard work. Keeping a food diary will allow you to record what you eat during the day and keep you motivated to stay on track with your weight loss goals. There are Smartphone tracker apps available or you can simply purchase a small notebook or diary and journal the foods you eat during the day. Either way, a food diary can keep you healthier and help you lose weight, as well as keep you aware of how much, how often and what you eat. It’s your accountability partner!
