It’s that time of year again. Time for #Squatober and glorious gains.
This is the first week of an 8 week squatting cycle at CrossFit Athlete’s Arena. Every member is encouraged to find their 1RM Backsquat this week.
This cycle is a great way to improve on your technique and to spike your squat strength. We are looking forward to seeing many CAA members improve significantly in this lift over the next 8 weeks, as well as seeing many PRs on the whiteboard as our members progress in strength and power.
