It’s Friday, but don’t forget about Saturday’s CrossFit workout!
The best part of the weekend is you have more free time to get in a great workout at CrossFit Athlete’s Arena. Since you have more free time, after getting in a great workout you can practice your double unders and stretch without feeling rushed, and Coach Jeffrey says not to forget to make time to plank! The plank time is up to 2 minutes 15 seconds!
