This month, we thought we would try to do a little something fun and challenge our members to a max calorie on the bike for 60 seconds.
As November is coming to a close, many of our members have completed this challenge and many of you have avoided taking the 60 second ride.
With only 60 seconds to complete the challenge, it can be done quickly so there’s no excuse for not hopping on the bike at least once this month. Plus, completing the challenge can provide you with measurable goals and you can challenge yourself by completing November’s challenge more than once. So either get on the bike for the first time or get it on it again and GO ALL OUT to get the best score you can. It will only make you a better CrossFitter!
