17.1 of #InTheOpen is InTheBooks

The start of the 2017 CrossFit Open is underway. All of our member’s hard work grinding through WODs and programming since last year has prepared them for this year’s Open. For our new CrossFitters, they banged out 17.1 and made our coaches proud. It was tough. Everyone was soaked. #SweatAngels covered the gym floor.  Yes, 17.1 was brutal and it did not disappoint.

For time:
10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Time cap: 20 minutes

As the scores for 17.1 are InTheBooks, it’s on to 17.2 which will be released live on Thursday at 8pm.
